About Cliff Latham

Labeled by one magazine as "one of the nation's top leaders in personal wellness productivity", exercise physiologist Cliff Latham has more than 24 years experience as a fitness & weight loss expert, university professor, strength and track and field coach where he was named Eight-Time Conference Coach of the Year. From 1992 - 2000, Cliff coached several World and Olympic level track and field athletes, including a gold medalist in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. With stints at Kansas State University, Indiana University, Salisbury State and Texas A&M Universities, Cliff, his wife Monica and son William, call College Station, Texas home.

With advanced exercise physiology and sports nutrition degrees, Cliff sits on the National Personal Training Association board of members and has trained over 2650 clients to amazing transformations. Utilizing lessons learned from completion of the Ironman Triathlon, five sub-3 marathons, over 120 triathlons and work with over 1300 collegiate athletes, Cliff and his team of trainers can help you change your physique fast and permanently.

Cliff Latham is also president of Cutting Edge Seminars, a corporate consulting and training company that specializes in stress recovery and wellness applications promoting productivity, premier health, energy and life balance.
