If this were free, I'd do it, but isn't personal training expensive?
 

Let me ask you a question. If you keep doing what you are currently doing, where are you going to be a year from now? And if you make the umpteenth decision to start again on your own, are you going to be consistent? Who is going to hold you accountable? My real question is this: if you spent some money and some time with us, give us your 100% of your dedication, consistency and desire, we will give you MORE than your money's worth. And the more dedication that you give, the more quickly you will reach your goal and the less expensive it will be!

 
 
Do you really think I can do this?
 

Wholeheartedly, from the bottom of my heart, YES! We have trained everyone from Olympians to senior citizens. We start at your current level and teach you to do things that you haven't done in a long time. And do you know what that means? You will be able to do things in life that you may have never thought you could ever do. It's in you and it is our goals to progressively bring that out.

 
 
What if I hate to exercise?
 

Everyone does. Come on, admit it. Going to the limit doesn't feel good. But the way you look and feel after you are finished is always worth it. If you don't think it is, then do it on your own.

No one, including great athletes, enjoy the first few workouts. They hurt! But in time, it's a different 'hurt' and you learn to enjoy the rewards that you reap from your hard work.

 
 


What is your workout philosophy?

 

I dare you to ask one of our trainers what bodypart you are going to work that day. They will stare and you and say, "Uh, we're working out YOU." Bodypart training is dead. Everyday with us is a workout that stimulates your entire body to change. And we don't do a lot of isolated, small wasteful movements. It is a mix of upper, lower, rotational, lateral, plyometric, pulling, jumping, cardio-based, strength-increasing, fat losing movements.

And that's just the first round. But don't worry, that's down the road after a few weeks of fundamentals and structural assessments.

Should I do one-on-one training or small group?
 

Many of our clients choose to start with one month of one-on-one training and then gravitate towards an opening in an already formed group.

Or you can choose to start in a small group, it is your choice.

Understand that if you start with a small group, the trainer recognizes that you are new and will help you get started by paying extra attention to your efforts.

 
 
How many clients are in a small group and do I have to bring my own partners?
 

There are a limit of three people in a group and no, you don't have to bring a friend, but you may. We can put you in a group of individuals with similar goals and backgrounds and you'll be fine. Don't worry that someone may be faster or stronger than you. If your exercise for the moment is a squat press, a veteran may be using a bigger pair of dumbbells and you may be doing it with just your hands.
