"Good news too!  When I saw my doctor for my elbow and sinus infection, he told me to stop taking my high blood pressure medication.  I have had high blood pressure for years and it has slowly been coming down.  Coincidence? I think not!  ha ha. I have also stopped taking the Lexapro.  My reason for being on it was not for depression, but rather anxiety and 'obsessive compulsive' tendencies. My husband will let me know if I need to get back on it   :)   I feel so much better since I've been working out again.  I'm a true testimonial to your claims!"

First of all, I must say that your trainers are some of the most enthusiastic people, in regards to their value of fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle, that I have ever met.  Their energy for life and health is so contagious.  I do not know how anyone can be around you all and not want to get off the couch and move!

Hi Cliff,
Last night was my 100th workout! Wow! When you told me that, I asked him "shouldn't bells and whistles go off or something?" I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you and Aaron have done for me. Fitness Together has certainly been good to and for me! I'm hoping that I can participate in the next Fitness Challenge. (Starting today though I'm getting very serious about my diet!) Thanks again Cliff ~ I look forward to the next 100 sessions.
